4.1 Injectronics, its related entities, employees, agents and contractors exclude all liability and responsibility, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from the use of, inability to use, or results of use of this Website.
4.2 This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption or other commercial loss.
4.3 Injectronics will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may affect your computer equipment, software or data through your use of this Website.
4.4 If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all associated costs.
4.5 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Injectronics, its officers, directors, employees and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Website.
5. 48-Hour Service Terms & Conditions
Injectronics will use reasonable efforts to complete eligible repairs within 48 business hours of receiving all required parts, information and approvals. This turnaround time is a service target only and is not guaranteed.
Repair timeframes may be affected by fault complexity, additional testing requirements, parts availability, workload and other circumstances beyond Injectronics' reasonable control.
Eligibility Requirements
- All required parts must be supplied at the time of booking.
- All required information and documentation must be supplied at the time of booking.
- The repair must relate to a known fault and established repair process listed by Injectronics.
- Custom repair jobs are excluded from the 48-Hour Service.
Booking Requirements
- Bookings must be completed through the Injectronics online booking system.
- Full authorisation and pre-approval for testing and repair costs must be provided.
- The 48-Hour Service option must be selected during the booking process.
- All required parts and information specified on the booking page must be supplied.
- A comprehensive fault report including relevant fault codes and diagnostic information must accompany the booking.
Missing parts, missing information or incomplete documentation may render a repair ineligible for the 48-Hour Service.
Injectronics cannot be held liable for repairs that exceed the stated turnaround target. All quoted turnaround times exclude shipping and transit times.
6. Online Orders and Pricing
6.1 Product Information
Injectronics endeavours to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing information are accurate; however, errors may occur and are subject to correction without notice.
6.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to GST, freight charges and other applicable fees.
6.3 Order Acceptance
Submission of an online order does not constitute acceptance of that order by Injectronics. Orders remain subject to verification, availability and acceptance by Injectronics.
6.4 Availability
Product availability displayed on the Website is indicative only and may change without notice.
6.5 Changeover Units and Core Returns
Where a product is supplied on a changeover basis, customers must comply with all applicable core return requirements. Failure to return an eligible core within the required timeframe may result in additional charges.
7. Capricorn September 2026 Promotion Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
This promotion applies to qualifying online orders placed between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026 inclusive (AU only).
Eligibility
- Open to eligible Capricorn Members located in Australia.
- Participants must hold a valid Capricorn Membership and active ABN.
- Participants must provide a valid Capricorn Membership Number.
- Participants must hold an approved Injectronics Trade Account.
- Injectronics reserves the right to verify membership and account eligibility.
The Offer
Eligible Capricorn Members will receive Double Capricorn Reward Points on qualifying online Repair and Changeover orders placed directly through the Injectronics website during September 2026 (AU only).
How to Qualify
- Hold or create an approved Injectronics Trade Account.
- Provide a valid Capricorn Membership Number.
- Place a qualifying online Repair or Changeover order before 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
- Meet all applicable Capricorn Rewards Program requirements.
- An Australian-based Business.
No minimum spend applies.
Qualifying Orders
- Applies only to orders submitted online via www.injectronics.com.au.
- Orders must be completed and accepted by Injectronics during the promotion period.
- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed or fraudulent transactions will not qualify.
- Freight charges, core deposits, credits, refunds, warranty claims, goodwill repairs and non-standard transactions may be excluded from reward point calculations.
Important Information
- Capricorn Reward Points are administered by Capricorn and remain subject to Capricorn's Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
- Injectronics does not administer, calculate or redeem Capricorn Reward Points.
- Customers should allow standard Capricorn processing timeframes for points allocation.
- Promotion benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, discounts, credits or alternative products or services.
- Injectronics reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or extend the promotion at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Injectronics will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising from participation in this promotion, including any delay, failure or error in the awarding of Capricorn Reward Points.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
